The Burdekin Memorial Hall has been at the heart of the district’s social scene for almost 50 years.  As the Burdekin’s largest function venue, it is the obvious choice for hosting major events such as balls, weddings, cabarets, fashion shows, school socials, dance nights and exhibitions.

The venue is completely air-conditioned and can seat up to 500 people at tables or 700 people in theatre style, as well as smaller breakout rooms. The hall boasts a stage which is suitable for bands, concerts and other live performances, while a catwalk is available for fashion shows.  The stage is equipped with a front-of-house stage curtain and limited stage lighting.  Behind the stage are modern dressing rooms.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is also available to clients and can cater for up to 500 people
