Description: Flat on Your Bacharach is a celebration of the music of Burt Bacharach. With Hal David, his long time colleague and lyricist, Bacharach captured the hearts, minds and airwaves of generations of music lovers.
The show pays tribute to some of pop music's most exhilarating moments. Timeless classics like "Walk on By", "Anyone who Had a Heart", "Close to You" and "What's New Pussycat" are given the Flat on Your Bacharach treatment.
Packed with personality, style and a wry twist of fun, this dynamic trio will take you on an intimate and magical journey through four decades of the Burt Bacharach songbook.
The rich powerful voice of Melissa McCraig and the smooth, velvety tones of Libby O'Donovan combine seamlessly with the mastery of Matthew Carey on piano as he leads the band in bringing to life the full lush Bacharach sound.
The Friends of the Burdekin Theatre will be offering a free morning tea from 9:30am with a special early taste of Christmas!
