A change is on the horizon for the kooky clan when eighteen-year-old Wednesday Addams falls in love with Lucas Beineke, a "normal" boy from Ohio. Before announcing their engagement, Wednesday forces her father, Gomez, to keep this secret from his wife, Morticia. The plot hinges on a fateful dinner party where two vastly different worlds collide, challenging the Addams' traditions and testing relationships as secrets are revealed, culminating in acceptance of change.
